The rich aromas and flavours of dark roast coffee & chocolate pair perfectly with our Ron Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca, creating the perfect indulgent treat for this festive season.

INGREDIENTS
  • 50ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca
  • 20ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 20ml Winter Spiced Honey Syrup*
  • 25ml Fresh Espresso
METHOD

Add all ingredients to cocktail tin, Add cubed ice to tin & shake well, double strain into chilled cocktail glass, garnish & serve.

* Winter Spiced Honey Syrup: Combine 2-parts honey with 1-part water in a pan, add 2 cinnamon sticks, 6 cloves, 3 star anise & thick slice of ginger. Simmer on low for 15 minutes, allow to cool, strain & bottle.
