Say hello to summer holidays with our Supercolada! This tropical cocktail delight combines the smooth richness of Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Years Old with exotic flavours of coconut and pineapple.

INGREDIENTS
  • 50ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Years Old
  • 40ml Real Coconut Cream
  • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 35ml Pineapple Juice
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Top Brut/Prosecco
METHOD

Add all ingredients to cocktail tin, add cubed ice & shake well. Decant into chilled glassware, top with splash of Brut or sparkling wine, garnish with toasted coconut chips, fresh pineapple & pineapple leaves.
Alternatively add to a blender with a ½ scoop of crushed ice & blend until smooth.
