Garnished with roasted almond and pistachio powder. Topped with a light cream and egg, honey and mandarin flavoured espuma

METHOD

Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and double strain. Garnish pistachio powder and roasted almond.

  • 45 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 15ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca
  • 25ml Nougat inspired syrup (almond, pistachio, caramel and honey)
  • 30ml Mandarin super juice
