INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 4–5 slices of fresh cucumber
• 10 ml simple syrup (optional, to taste)
• Soda water
• Ice cubes
• Cucumber ribbon or slice for garnish

METHOD

Add the cucumber slices and lime juice into a glass filled with ice, pressing gently to release their fresh, vegetal aromas.
Pour in the rum and, if desired, a small amount of simple syrup to soften the acidity.
Top with soda water and stir lightly to maintain the drink’s effervescence.
Finish with a cucumber ribbon or slice to enhance its clean and refreshing presentation.
