A twist on the classic Paloma that brings together the sugarcane flavours of our Ron Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca rum with sweet-sour grapefruit.

INGREDIENTS
  • 35ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca
  • 15ml Triple Sec
  • 15ml Spiced Agave Nectar*
  • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
  • Top Grapefruit Soda
METHOD

Shake all ingredients over cubed ice, aside from soda, strain into a chilled cocktail glass over cubed ice. Top with soda, stir lightly to combine. Garnish & serve.

*To make the Spiced Agave: add 3 diced Bird’s Eye Chillies to a bottle of agave, rest.
