Add all ingredients to cocktail tin, add cubed ice & shake well, double strain into chilled cocktail glass, garnish & serve.
*Winter Spiced Honey Syrup: Combine 2-parts honey with 1-part water in a pan, add 2 cinnamon sticks, 6 cloves, 3 star anise & a thick slice of ginger. Simmer on low for 15 minutes, allow to cool, strain & bottle.
