METHOD

Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and single strain.

• 25 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
• Herb-of-Grace (also known as Ruta Graveolens or Common rue)
• 50ml Oleo Saccharum lime citrus & passion berries
• 20ml Grapefruit super juice
• 20ml Strawberry aperitif queur
• 20ml Aged blended red vermouths"

THE CREATOR SAYS

This cocktail is inspired by two classic drinks: the Hemingway Special Daiquiri, associated with Ernest Hemingway, and the Blood & Sand, which takes inspiration from the film Bullfighter. These two figures, who shared historical ties with France and Cuba, serve as the inspiration for a new Modern-Classic recipe!
