INGREDIENTS

• 60ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca
• 25ml fresh squeezed lime juice
• 15ml sugar syrup

METHOD

Shake all the ingredients and strain over ice into a tumbler. Garnish with a squeezed lime half.
