Santiago 11 Year Old Cherry (Maraschino Cherry soaked in Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old and cherry syrup)

METHOD

Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and fine strain.

  • 50 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 20ml Yuzu-Sake
  • 10ml Agave syrup
  • 1 Fresh Shiso Leaf, Shake & Fine Strain
