METHOD

Shake first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. Top with sparkling wine.

  • 45 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 22.5 ml Fake lime
  • 15 ml Doping honey mix (chestnut honey & manzanilla sherry)
  • 1 green Shiso leaf
  • 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • Top up with Franciacorta brut sparkling wine
