METHOD

Add ingredients in a crystal jar with ice, stir and single strain in the "gallonare" Italian way. Serve in a lowball tumbler with ice sphere.

  • 15 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 20ml Elixir No.3 (Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11YO infused with coffee beans, raisins, cocoa nibs, and fresh papaya)
  • 10ml Lime juice
  • 25ml Banana liqueur
