METHOD

Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and fine strain. Garnish with a cherry.

  • 50 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 10ml Pear distillate
  • 10ml Lime juice
  • 40ml Seasonal Tutti Frutti cordial (apple, pear, cherry)

"Seasonality is a topic that we are passionate about at The Clumsies but in this case we tried to have more than one seasonal ingredient in our drink . We preserve some apples, pears and cherries during their high season and use them throughout the whole year."
